Foisal is a personal portfolio and client platform that combines a public marketing site with authenticated user features. Through the Site you can:

• Browse projects, blog posts, digital products, and professional services.
• Create an account to access a personal dashboard.
• Purchase digital products and request custom services.
• Fund a site wallet with supported cryptocurrency payment methods and pay with site credits.
• Track orders, purchases, wallet transactions, and related messages.
• Use an optional AI portfolio assistant to learn about offerings on the Site.
• Subscribe to occasional email updates.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may register with email and password or, where available, through third-party sign-in providers such as Google or Discord. When you use a third-party provider, you must comply with that provider's terms as well.

Google Sign-In and Discord Sign-In are provided for your convenience. By using them, you authorize us to receive basic profile information from the provider (such as your name, email address, and avatar) solely to authenticate you and operate your account on this Site.

Foisal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not access your Google or Discord account beyond what is needed for sign-in and account management as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may offer digital products, professional services, and related deliverables. Descriptions, pricing, timelines, and scope are shown on relevant listing pages or order flows and may change before you complete a purchase.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the stated price and agree to any order-specific terms presented at checkout. Custom service work may require additional written agreement on milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

Payments may be processed through supported cryptocurrency methods to fund your wallet balance, which is then used for product and service checkout. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or network.

Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased and will be communicated in the relevant listing or order confirmation. Unless required by law, completed custom work, delivered digital goods, or consumed services may not be refundable.

You agree not to:

Purchasing a product or engaging for services grants you the usage rights described in the relevant listing or agreement. No other license is implied.

The Site may include an AI-powered assistant to help you explore projects, services, and site content. Assistant responses are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Do not rely on assistant output as professional, legal, financial, or security advice. You are responsible for verifying important information before making decisions.

By using the assistant, you agree not to submit unlawful content or sensitive personal data you do not intend to be processed by third-party AI providers.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Third-party authentication, payment, and AI services are subject to their own availability and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foisal and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
